Intro Into Seasoning

If you don’t season your food it is simply not going to taste good.

Salt brings out the natural flavors of whatever food you are putting it on. This is how I season my ribs. Notice I do not rub the seasoning into my meat, I tried it a few times and realized that I ended up with more seasoning on my hands then what ended up on the meat. I also do not use a binder, I’ve never had a problem having my seasoning stick to my meat and you don’t get any flavor from whatever type of binder that you use.
